Meet the Staff
Mike took over as owner of Archbold and Lewis Insurance in 1998 from his father, Autie. He and his wife, Tonia, married in 2002 and have two children. On the weekends, they ride their motorcycles, or spend time outdoors.
Mike is a volunteer firefighter with the Ossian Fire Department. You may see him at some youth sporting events, such as Wells County Swim Team, Norwell Soccer, or Baseball. In his off time, he is a competitive shooter and racquetball player. He says the ultimate World Series would be the New York Yankees and the Chicago Cubs, his two favorite baseball teams.
Joe is a part-time producer, full-time American Hero. He has been in the military since 2004, starting in the United States Marine Corps and currently in the Indiana Air National Guard. Also a Lewis, he is Mike’s nephew. Joe is married with six children, and he enjoys coaching little league.
He and his wife, Ashley, are the ONLY married couple on the Ossian Park board...ever. He’s “a little obsessed with sports”. Some of his favorite teams are the Chicago Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and the Houston Rockets. When he does have some down-time, Joe enjoys shooting, working out, and reading.
Bill began his insurance career in 2010 after 31 years in telephone industry and driving for Pena’s Mechanical. He is licensed in all lines of insurance. In 2015, a 18-hole disc golf course opened which he raised money for. Bill is also an member of Ossian Town Council, part of the Leadership team at First Baptist Church in Ossian, and oversees Oak Lawn Cemetery in Ossian.
In his free time, Bill catches a Cincinnati Reds game (although his wife is a Cubs fan), watches IU basketball, spends time with his family or just helps people. Visit Ossian’s Hometown Christmas to taste Bill’s wife’s award winning desserts!
Alyssa is our newest addition to the family. She is licensed in all lines of insurance that we offer, and also does our marketing. You may remember her going through the Ossian Days parade with her junior dragster. She doesn’t drag race anymore, but still enjoys watching races, snowmobiling, and just about anything that keeps her busy.
She loves including her dog in her adventures. Alyssa is always willing to help people. She is an active Ambassador with the Wells County Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with various organizations throughout the year.
